Every Gweniss piece is sold with our craftsmanship Quality Promise. If your bag breaks due to an issue with the standard of quality or craftsmanship, you can return your bag to us and we'll repair or replace it for you*.

 

 

 

 

*We'll consider a bag to be 'broken' where it is not fit for purpose and the failure is due to an issue with the quality or construction of the bag at the point of sale. Our Quality Promise does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. We are unable to refund international return postage costs for Quality Promise claims.
