We aim to dispatch on the next working day after receiving your order. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 GMT, excluding bank holidays and public holidays in England. If you place your order on a non-working day, we'll aim to dispatch it on the next working day. - If we're unable to dispatch your order on the next working day (for example; if your chosen leather colour is out of stock), we'll get in touch by email straight away to let you know. Sometimes when we experience particularly high demand, there may also be a queue for some leather items to be made by our craftspeople. If your order will be placed in a queue before being made by our team, we'll aim to let you know at the checkout stage before you make your payment. Backorder queue items may take up to four weeks to be dispatched

Gweniss is based in the United Kingdom. You may incur additional import fees when buying products from abroad. In this instance, you may be required to pay local customs authorities any applicable additional import fees to release your shipment.
