Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch on the next working day. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 GMT, excluding UK bank holidays and public holidays. If you place your order on a non-working day, we'll aim to dispatch it on the next working day. If we are unable to dispatch your order on the next working day (for example; if your chosen colour is out of stock), we will email you straight away to inform you. Sometimes when we experience particularly high demand, there can be a waiting list for handbags to be made by our leathercraft partners. If your order is likely to be added to a waiting list, we aim to let you know at the checkout stage before you make your payment. BACKORDER QUEUE ITEMS MAY TAKE UP TO FOUR WEEKS TO BE DISPATCHED.

GWENISS IS BASED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. YOU MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL IMPORT FEES WHEN BUYING PRODUCTS FROM ABROAD. In this instance, you may be required to pay local customs authorities or any applicable additional import fees to release your Gweniss shipment.

United Kingdom - Royal Mail Tracked 48   Estimated delivery 2 working days after dispatch You will receive a confirmation of dispatch email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
China - EMS    Estimated delivery 5-14 days after dispatch. Local customs charges may apply.
Other International Destinations - BPost Landmark Express   Estimated delivery time may be up to 14-21 days after dispatch. Please contact us to confirm estimated delivery time for your delivery address. Local customs charges may apply.

If your parcel has not been delivered within 28 days, please contact us immediately.

Please note, we are unable to investigate any tracking or delivery issues more than 60 days after a parcel has been shipped. Any issues that are not raised within 60 days of the parcel being shipped, will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
